This fast weight loss diet is relatively easy to do. You can consume any quantity of foods every day. You will not starve, but you must hold it to the letter, nothing more, nothing less and do not replace any of the foods.
Prohibited foods during the diet: alcohol, fizzy drinks, sugar, sweets, and only in small quantities of salt
Special requirements: drink 4 pints of fluid per day (plain water or unsweetened tea)
Exercise: use adjustable dumbbells to perform light exercises at home
MONDAY
- Breakfast: coffee (without milk or sugar), nothing else
- Lunch: 2 boiled eggs and boiled spinach (with a pinch of salt)
- Dinner: 7 ounces of grilled beef with lettuce
TUESDAY
- Breakfast: coffee (without milk or sugar), nothing else
- Lunch: 7 ounces of grilled beef with lettuce and fruits, but no bananas
- Dinner: Prague ham, as much as you can
WEDNESDAY
- Breakfast: coffee (without milk or sugar) or tea and 1.7 ounces of intermediate bread
- Lunch: 2 boiled eggs with lettuce and tomatoes
- Dinner: Prague ham and lettuce, as much as you can
THURSDAY
- Breakfast: coffee or tea and 1.7 ounces of intermediate bread
- Lunch: 1 egg, 2 boiled carrots (or raw) and Sweitzer as much as you want
- Dinner: fruit yogurt as much as you want
FRIDAY
- Breakfast: coffee (without milk or sugar), 2 raw carrots, grated, Lemon
- Lunch: fish cooked with tomatoes, but you can eat
- Dinner: 7 ounces of grilled beef with green salad, at your discretion
SATURDAY
- Breakfast: coffee or tea and 1.7 ounces of intermediate bread
- Lunch: grilled chicken, as much as you want but just that
- Dinner: 2 boiled eggs, raw carrots grated or not, as much as you want
SUNDAY
- Breakfast: tea with lemon, nothing else
- Lunch: 7 ounces of grilled beef, fruit, anything and in any quantity, no bananas and grapes
- Dinner: anything and as much as you want (favorite food)
