If you have a baby or are going to be having a baby, you know that you are going to need a lot of baby gear and necessities. You will have to have diapers, formula, and bottles, and you will also want a baby monitor, carrier, and car seat. There are some things, however, that many parents don't think about needing until after they have their baby. Two of these things are baby hats and baby bags. Here are a few reasons why you will want and probably need each of these things.
Baby Hats
Depending on the climate that you live in, you will most likely need to go out and buy your baby several different kinds of baby hats. If you live in a cold wintery climate, you will need a knit or winter hat to keep the baby's head and ears warm. If you live in an especially hot or sunny climate, you will need a sun hat with a large brim to keep the sun off of the baby's sensitive skin. Letting the elements of any kind hit a baby's head can be very harmful. You may want to constantly have a supply of different hats for all occasions on hand so that you will never be without one that will work. You can usually find them on clearance or a good sale, so there is no need to spend a lot of money.
Baby Bags
Another important baby accessory that some parents for get about are baby bags. Baby bags can be a diaper bag or simply a bag that you use to carry around the baby's necessities. You will want a bag that is unisex in nature so that either parent will feel comfortable carrying it. You do not want something too feminine or the father may not want to be seen holding it. You will also want to make sure that it has many compartments to fit everything and that some of those compartments are water resistant or waterproof to prevent leaks and spills.
