First you have to be really into manga, and utterly want to draw your favorite manga characters or create new stories and new heroes. Then you should believe that this style of drawing is fun and worthy to pick up. You are an aspiring manga artist and hope to be published someday. The art itself is up to your taste, and even if your work is not published, you will not quit.
One common misconception goes that you could be able to master the art of manga by reading some reference book from cover to cover. This is not true at all. Drawing manga is not an overnight phenomenon. You really cannot cram good art.
To take create a nice detailed costumes for enacting your favorite Naruto pastimes, you need a lot of practice, too!
