Different people may give you a wide variety of theories, if you ask why you always feel tired and fatigued, even if you feel you have not done enough to warrant such tiredness. However, despite all the answers you may get the actual reasons for excessive tiredness and fatigue lie in either a medical condition you have or most commonly, your lifestyle. Do you smoke like a chimney, or drink too much coffee? Do you spend 15 hours at the office and eat from the cafeteria across the street once in a day? Perhaps the shouting and yelling of the kids drive you crazy?
These are small things that you may think have little or no impact in your life, but they actually may be the only reasons you slump on the couch at the end of the day and you cannot help wondering “why I’m always tired”. If you examine your daily routine critically, you will be able to pinpoint the things that drain all your energy, putting you in a position to set things right. Among the leading causes of extreme tiredness and fatigue are smoking, drinking too much coffee, stress, being exposed in an uncomfortable environment, overworking, poor diet habits, lack of sleep and sufficient rest and lack of physical exercise.
You will need to make your life dynamic to make it lively. To make it dynamic, you have to eat well, stay healthy and do appropriate exercises besides your daily work. Give yourself breaks between what you do, and let your muscles and mind relax for a while. It is very important to eat healthy and take a minimum of eight glasses of water in a day. At the end of the day, eat light before going to bed. Lastly, make sure to sleep comfortably and undisturbed for at least 5 hours to give the body a chance to recover used energy.
