It can be hard for anyone to admit that they are past their prime but it can be doubly hard for guys. The reason is two-fold. The first reason being that some men have a macho attitude and can't believe that they have let themselves go in terms of their weight and physique. Another reason for men being caught off guard about gaining weight is that they might have been jocks in high school so this sort of thing crept up on them.
However, the reality is that it is hard for anyone to regain their glory years not because they are not motiviated enough but because life's realities won't let them. After all, who has time to work out and enjoy a carefree life when there are responsibilities associated with being a husband and father? Husbands are expected to share their load of the responsibilities as well in raising kids and taking care of the home. Furtheremore, in a day and age when most people have office jobs, it also doesn't help with the shedding of pounds. This also doesn't count all the bad eating habits we get into by buying lunches at work or stopping to buy fast food dinner for the family because we are too busy to prepare something at home.
All this to say that no wonder men are getting fat because of family and job responsibilities. However, one way to make all this extra weight go away is with something as simple as mens girdle underwear.
