As a new corporate office manager I was given some schooling in how to cut costs for our company, including an afternoon classed called Cheap Commercial Insurance 101.  This class, along with many other details and manuals gave me a new way to look at business expenses and how to curtail them across the board.  While most people think large operations make more money by selling more services or products, there are also ways to increase profits by elimination costs that are not wise or not needed.  Along with myself our company has an entire team of seven people whose entire job is to look at every budget line and determine if there are ways to save even just a few dollars.  I’m told the team pays for itself time and time again by finding unknown discounts and savings that apply to our bottom line.
