My folks were over recently for a visit and they are big into their food, they have plenty of money so I guess they can afford to be. Anyway whenever they come over they always want us to take them to the best restaurants and they usually pay so we're not arguing. This time we took them to this new place that has opened up in the small town of Maury. Maury is a wine producing town noy far from Perpignan in the Languedoc Roussillon. This restaurant is being run by a Michelin chef and he seriously knows what he's doing. It was the best meal in a restaurant that we had been served since we arrived in the country three years ago. The name? Well I'm keeping that to myself for the time being!
