Oprah Winfrey and Dr Oz. are both suing the Acai Berry corporation for using in order to bring in more customers. In fact, not only did the company fraudulently use Ms. Winfrey name, but they also used it in connection with a scam that would lure in the customers, to charge credit card without authorization and other fraudulent activities. In addition, many of the customers complained that the pills were fakes and that they were being charged way more than they should have been. The truth of the matter is that Oprah Winfrey is not now, nor has she ever endorsed the Acai Berry products online or any other of this company’s products. Both Ms Winfrey and Dr. Oz are currently activity suing the Acai companies who claim affiliation with Oprah and her company “Harpo.”
