With on-site printing, you need state of the art equipment since you will be serving many people at a go. The major on-site printing equipment is cameras, printers, stands, computers, power sources, and backup power sources. Depending on the technicality of the site, other equipment such as measuring and lifting equipment may be required. Most of the work printed will be taken away so you have to make sure that your work is of good quality. For quality work, make sure that your equipment is in working condition. You can set up hours before the event or projects commences and test whether the equipment is working properly. Once you confirm that, make sure to use everything properly without straining any equipment so that you have quality work.
For mass printing, make sure that you have a professional and an assistant to operate some of the equipment. This is because mass production can be overwhelming for you and the equipment so you should be ready to deal with any hitches that may occur. Do not forget to carry extra consumables while packing the equipment such as cartridge ink, tapes, discs, paper, and many others. Make sure that you take stock of all the equipment that is on site since there is bound to be confusion due to many activities. That way, you can keep track of everything when you are on site and when packing to leave the site.
